2. Where are your products shipped from?

3. Can I get a refund on my product?
Yes, we offer a 30-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. 4. How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the unwanted item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item separately.
6. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
7. Can I return personalized or custom-made items?

9. What if I want to cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped. However, once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our refund policy.
10. Do you offer a cooling off period for European Union customers?
Yes, if you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a justification.
